Wine is a project when it is conceived. And an emotion when it is in the glass. From its conception to the moment of realization - true, real, important - no less than eight years pass, rising to thirteen if we are talking about a 'Riserva'. So it is really exciting when you finally encounter it in the glass. It takes sacrifice on a human, personal, and economic level. But it also gives a lot of pleasure, because in the end there is the recognition involved in being behind the bottle.

For us, wine is a process that begins in the vineyard with respect for the land, knowledge of plants, and the ability to respond wisely to prevailing climatic conditions.
This is our essence.

THE VINEYARDS

D.O.C. Salice Salentino,
the cradle of excellence

Our vineyards extend over 110 hectares in the Salice Salentino D.O.C. region, lying between the provinces of Lecce and Brindisi. They all adhere to organic growing principles, following slow and positive practices in the name of sustainability. The reward comes in the form of quality grapes which are rich in intense aromas – a prized bounty from nature, to which we owe everything we are.
