For wine lovers and enthusiasts, Candido is a house whose doors are always open. A place of work and archive of so much history and its accompanying stories, about the terroir, its identity, and the culture of the surrounding countryside to name but a few.

For this reason, we have created a multifunctional space dedicated to sharing Salento’s extraordinary winemaking history here in our headquarters in San Donaci, Salento. A space we love to share with you.

Knowing how to combine food and wine is an art, requiring a skilful and harmonious touch in order to enhance both the characteristics of the particular dish (tendency to sweetness, flavour, greasiness, type of cooking) and the specific qualities of the wine (flavour, acidity, softness, structure).
