A deep, ruby red colour with purple tints characterize this rich, spicy, vanilla flavoured wine.
On the palate this first class wine is rich and full bodied with rounded velvety flavours.
The destemmed grapes are macerate in stainless steel tanks for several days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is matured in small oak barrels.
Roast or grilled beef and lamb, game, hard cheeses.
Serve at 18 – 20° C.
